PROJECT: Construction of Green Ammonia & Hydrogen Manufacturing Plant at Duqm.
ITC boasts the successful Award for the Proposed Civil Construction of Phase -I of the World’s
First Green Ammonia and Hydrogen Plant for ACME Solar Holding GHC from India with an
aim to produce 10 Million tones/year of Green Ammonia and Hydrogen by the year 2030
through its Plant in Oman. ITC is currently in the mobilization stage for the project at Duqm.
Construction of the 300 MTPD (STAGE-I) Green Ammonia Plant which includes construction
of Substation, Main Control Building (Blast Proof), Admin Building, Fire Station, Warehouse –
Open Yard, Ammonia Tank Switch Gear Room, Security Rooms, Workshop & Maintenance Bldg, Electrolyser Building, D-Salination Plant, RW/FW Tank, Cooling Tower, LP Flare +
Intermediate Pipe rack, Instrument Air Package, Air Separation Unit, Ammonia Unit,
Hydrogen Sphere, Store etc.
SCOPE OF WORK
- This project was for the stilling Basin (SB), Oil Storage and Handling (OS), Stripping Area (SA) and all related like pipe works, RCC, HDPE Lining to RWTP Rima which includes the construction of following elements :
- Topsoil removal, transport to the processing area, sorting and fractionating.
- Rock cutting min 30 cm below the bottom of the pipes and 50 cm of either side, supply and laying of pipes and related fittings and valves in various diameters including sand bed, structural backfilling.,
- RCC works for SB inlet structure, SB outlet structure and valve chamber including surface protection, supply ,laying, fixing and welding of HDPE lining including geotextile, top soil removal, weathered rock cutting, hard rock cutting, backfilling, hdpe liner, SA vertical block installations.
